Downtime means more than just binge-watching a Netflix series. To deal with your issues, takes A LOT of energy. And it’s tough to stay positive about difficult situations. But you can get that energy by simply making time for yourself each day. Maybe catching up on some much needed rest, self-reflection, or even prayer. So appreciate downtime.  Avoid taking on an unrealistic amount of work and focusing on things that stress you, and preserve your energy. Treat downtime as something precious and valuable that should never be wasted.  THEN you can clearly weigh your issues and make sure that you are on track in completing your goals.
