A lot of us still struggle with feeling overwhelmed, when there’s a lot on our plates. So making the most of our day, sometimes means dealing with the mess later. Instead of constantly focusing on what needs to get done, leave the dishes and unmade bed for a change. Feeling for coffee or lunch? Find a local cafe with a great vibe, and do the errands tomorrow. Feeling well and it’s a nice day out? Go for a run or a nice walk. Leave the messy for later and get out and make the most of your day.
